Local Delivery
We offer 24–48‑hour delivery within Lagos. Items are packed after order confirmation and dispatched if the order is placed during working hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Orders received outside working hours will be processed the next day. Delivery costs will be estimated. Please provide a phone number that can be easily reached by our delivery agent.
Interstate Delivery
We offer interstate delivery across Nigeria. Most interstate shipments are fulfilled by GIG Logistics or DHL, depending on your preference and availability. For addresses that cannot be reached, we will provide third‑party delivery options that best serve those locations. Delivery from Lagos to other states typically takes between 4 and 6 days, depending on distance and destination.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery, with the delivery timeline to be determined. In cases of taxes and import duties, these are to be paid by the customer. Please consult your local authorities for guidance to support your decision‑making

1.) Q: Can i track my order?
A: For local delivery within Lagos, tracking is not available. For interstate deliveries using GIG Logistics, we will provide you with a waybill number to track your items. For international deliveries, we will also provide a tracking number that can be used on the shipping platform.
2.) Q: Can i change my shipping address after placing order?
A: If the item has not been scheduled for dispatch, we may be able to offer you a change of address. However, there may be price differences, and you will need to pay the balance through the payment platform provided. Please reach out to our support team.
3.) Q: What if my package gets stucked or delayed?
A: For local shipping, if you have not received your item within 48 hours, please contact us so we can track the item and ensure it is delivered. For interstate delivery, there may be logistics delays; however, if you have not received your item within 5 days, you can reach out to us. For international delivery, if your item has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us and we will assist you right away.
